They ended up with a tool that gave them a single source of truth - an operational dashboard - that they now use to manage the movement of product from the warehouse, monitoring product and revenue across their business from the warehouse all the way to independent retail stores across North America.

The tool captures, measures, and reports data captured in the office and the individual trucks. This technology has helped them scale to become one of the fastest growing companies in their sector. Ultimately, this tool even became a separate commercial product and a source of new revenue.
