A major medical services provider was challenged with the delivery of their information technology services.  They were leveraging a combination of internal resources and externally managed service providers and were experiencing frequent outages and client frustrations.

Solution

Arcurve was able to work with the client to build a services model and organizational design that enabled them to drive services aligned to their business with a cost model right-sized for their organization. The organization gained a strong understanding of what to expect from IT services and how to structure their IT organization to be scalable and align to their business requirements.

Arcurve's experience in building and running IT organizations enabled us to bring them practical advise and thought leadership.  We were also able to offer Project Management and Business Analysis services to actually execute on the recommendations.
