Context

A supplier of premium tubular goods and line pipe products approached Arcurve with a need to take over support of a key application that the vendor no longer supported.  The application was critical to their inventory management and sales order processes and no one internally was able to support it.

Solution

Arcurve’s customer has an no longer vendor supported application for inventory management and around the executing the order management of pipes and accessories. This application built in ASP.net required sporadic maintenance and enhancement. Arcurve helped upgrade the application to the correct supported libraries and provided bug fixes and new features. Arcurve worked with the client on testing and deploying the new version. We continue to provide sustainment support for this client.

Tools

Arcurve maintained the tool built on Microsoft.Net, classic ASP.net and SQL Server to keep the application stable and running.
