Context
An oil and gas firm approached Arcurve to plan and build an Integrated Reporting Environment for Well and Production data. Their existing solution took a considerable amount of time to refresh every night and involved several integration tools and reporting tools. Errors were frequent. They wanted one centralized source for getting this key information reliably.
Solution
Arcurve worked with our client in implementing data integration technologies, methodologies, and established best practices for the organization. An element of the project's goal was to eliminate other data integration technologies and simplify the technology landscape, reducing errors. In addition, the solution decreased the number of reporting technologies by establishing a data mart on the new platform for wells and production reporting which ultimately reduced licensing costs.
