The inaugural Canada’s Workforce Choice Awards took place earlier this week, and we are so pleased to announce that we won the first ever Community Connection Award.
A focus on community has been part of Arcurve since the beginning. You can see the passion for the community in our staff’s willingness to donate their time and to work with training programs to develop curriculum; and in our leadership’s commitment to support local vendors, and to sponsor employee involvement in community events.
Arcurve’s commitment to community resides on three core pillars: 1) YYC Tech Gives, 2) Growing Technology Professionals and 3) Employee-Led Grassroot Movements. These three areas are at the core of our organizational values; here’s how they help build our commitment to community.
Committing to community has so many benefits for organizations and individuals alike. The altruistic ones are obvious, but sometimes it is the less obvious social interactions and support that mean the most to your team, your city and your professional community.
How can you make a difference today?
